On 25th of Februarary 2010, the NAi (Netherlands Architecture Institute) teamed up with Archis Interventions, hosted the debate “Unbuilt Prishtina” featuring Marcel Musch from BVR Adviseurs, Ruimtelijke Ontwikkelin and Wilma Ruis from De Beuk organisatieadvies, and a panel of representatives of the Municipality of Prishtina, members of the Association of Architects of Kosova and the archiEDU Students’ Network.

aut. architetur und tirol as one of Austria’s most important architecture exhibition spaces, invited bad architects group to organize “Prishtina-Connection” exhibition about the topic of  “identification”, which will be held in Innsbruck Austria and it will be on display starting from March 18.

A Home for You by Maden Group

During 2009, Maden Group a local practice of young architects and engineers  published their first catalog, A Home for You. The catalog includes a wide selection of house projects, ranging from smaller ecological houses, to XL houses, which go in parallel with a series of writings from different fields as architecture, urbanism, interior design, and engineering.

Prishtina – Agony of a City

On Friday May 8 at 19:30pm, in the Faculty of Architecture – hall S9 on the last floor, Gezim Pacarizi an architect from Prizren who lives and works in Geneva, will present the last project by Le Corbusier the “Fermini Church” constructions of which lasted over 40 years and were completed in 2006. Pacarizi will also compare this church with  the “Ronchamp Church” and “La Tourette Monastery”, both by Le Corbuiser.

Printed materials relating to this topic will be handed out during the conference.
