Prishtina Stars is a new residential building designed by Konak Construction Inc., which will be located near Prishtina’s central bus station in Kalabria neighborhood. The design includes a complex made of 3 housing units.

Build in 8000 square meters, where 70% of the area is dedicated as a green zone, which extends the recreational space. The housing units contain different variations of apartments, starting from the smaller ones 1+1 (bedroom) to the duplex ones 1+3. The complex also contains  a closed parking, sauna, indoor swimming pool, cafeterias, fitness center, kindergarten, and other different recreational facilities.

The buildings located at the end of each side,  are 12 floors high while the one located in the middle of the complex is 10 floors high. Each unit is related visually to both, its inner garden and to the city, which gives to apartment owners the sense of being part of Prishtina’s capital landscape.
